These guys at Quality Motors are the only people I trust with our vehicles. They are fairly priced, honest, knowledgeable and have a great facility. I brought my MBZ in because of a brake warning light. I was driven home in their courtesy shuttle and after an hour they called me with the diagnostic. I approved the work which was fixed promptly. Upon completion they found additional problems but Brian said he'd call the MBZ Dealer and see if it was covered. Now mind you my car is a 2005 e500 with 80,000 miles. So I thought that there was no way it would be covered. Sure enough it was covered 100% at no cost to me. The guys at Quality Motors saved me $4,700 dollars. Who does that? No one I've ever dealt with or heard of.

The guys at Quality Motors provide over the top service. Had a fee small things that needed to be looked at, while it was there they did a full review to ensure there wasn't anything that needed work before it was out of warranty. I now have a full record along with photos of how things look today. Fantastic service and great prices, highly recommend.

I worked with Ben at Quality Motors and he was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best price for what I needed. He even pointed out that I was still under warranty so most of the parts were covered. I don't know other places that would have taken the liberty to look into that. Overall, excellent work, friendly, professional, and honest. I love this garage and will be recommending them to everyone! Customer service gets an A++++

QUALITY MOTORS is a first class operation with fair and reasonable prices !!! They only fix what needs fixing. Their service is impeccable and their staff, in particular, JOHN and CHRIS, is beyond reproach. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

First time taking my car to Quality Motors and I was happy with the service. I am surpised and happy that they keep on top of using technology to run their business. In addition, they have a very clean shop, are on time and they wash your car. :) Happy

Simply knowledgeable, friendly, caring...they always do the job 100%, and fix things I missed many times. Very customer focused. As long as I have cars they work on, these guys have my business.
