My 2005 MBZ SLK 350 is back to excellent performance again !Quality Motors European is the best and I have nothing but positive things to say. What impressed me the most was how Knowledgeable and Trustworthy the Staff was, beginning with Brian S. I truly felt reassured that my car was in good hands. All the needed maintenance and more were done on the same day. Lastly I am Thankful for the Shuttle service provided. I definitely recommend this place if you need your car fixed. Brian at Quality Motors was outstanding. For most of my adult life, I've been bamboozled and swindled by the smiling auto shop that uncharges you through the roof. However, this was NOT the case with Quality Motors. Brian's crew worked long and hard to remedy a problem in my Audi that had flummoxed other shops. He was relentlessly optimistic that we would find the culprit and we did. I can't say enough about Brian and his great crew. Your car will be in proper hands and they won't upcharge you! Looking for a mechanic that feels like family and knows their way around a BMW? I was too! I am so glad I found Quality Motors. Mini cooper dealerships are not easy to find and after the one near me moved 40+ minutes away (all depends on you traffic!) it became a hassle to schedule maintenance during work hours (plus school drop offs, etc).Fortunately, a google returned a service repair shopt that actually worked on minis! Oh the luckFrom the intial call, I was treated with respect. Brian is a pleasure to talk with and I appreciate his direct and no-nonsense approach about what the car needs in order to keep it in great shape. The location is ideal, they have a reliable shuttle service, and their repair/service work is exceptional!This is my second time bring my car to Quality Motors and all I can say is that they are a fantastic business. Fantastic professional and honest. Technicians will send you pictures of upcoming things that need to be looked at or problems that need to be resolved to your email showcase it why it should be fixed compared to some shops. That go Tommy belt fuel pump your fuel pressure regulator. And not show you the parts if it is actually bad or good! Quality motors will show you if something needs to be served and for what reason. Diagnostics takes less than a day staff and technicians are fantastic highly recommended. My overall experience if I could give above 10 out of 10 I would give 100 out of 100! And they only use genuine parts for the vehicle not like some shops that use aftermarkets. The bright side you get two-year warranty on any service! And they have a system called kick points. Basically you accumulate kick points kind of like credits eventually it could stack to Be a free service change for your motor oil or some people have enough for a whole new transmission.

With Covid and retirement it had been a while since I had regular preventative and corrective maintenance. I checked in on my appointment day and was given a free ride home. Jon kept me apprised of any issues that needed to be addressed. Great place to take your vehicle. Explains in detail with pictures to make sure the customer understands what is being done on the vehicle and whatever may need to done in the future. They called the dealership to see if any of the repairs was covered under warranty. I haven't not known any repair shop to take time and call.
