A note about COVID 19

Hi Quality Motors Customer,

We are obviously experiencing some unusual times. Getting the Covid-19 virus under control must be everyone’s top priority. The state of California has listed Automotive repair as an essential service, with that, it is our goal to remain open for business and take every opportunity to mitigate any danger to our team and clients.

With so many people at home, it is a great time to get your vehicle needs taken care of. Quality Motors will pick up and deliver your vehicle at no charge to you. We will inspect your vehicle and communicate what is needed, via telephone, text or email. When complete, payment can be made on our website, www.qmotors.com or over the phone. There is no need to have any physical contact.

If you need a complimentary loaner car, we will bring it to you.

If you choose to drop your vehicle off in person during business hours, we suggest that you utilize our after hours envelopes and put it in the mail slot, please do not enter our office. The Client lounge is open should you need to wait for a ride or use the restroom.

If you need a ride home, we will be happy to call a complementary UBER, Ernie and the Quality Motors shuttle will not be available.

Every member of our team is wearing fresh gloves every time they have contact with any vehicle, we are continually sanitizing all touch and heavy traffic areas of our facility, and of course washing our hands as frequently as needed.

As of 3/18/2020, Orange County has recorded 29 cases of Covid-19 and 1 death, the chances of contracting it are very small. Please join us and do everything possible to control the spread and transmission of this virus and get the world back on track. Some simple precautions today can make a big difference in our future.

We are open for business and prepared to continue to deliver the experience you deserve.

The mitigation steps listed above will be in effect until further notice.

Best Regards,

Mike
